Cuatrecasas assists Plurall in seed round investment by Krealo
Cuatrecasas, through its team in Bogotá, has advised the Colombian startup Plurall Holding in the preparation and negotiation of the SAFE through which Krealo has made an investment in the seed round. Garrigues acted as counsel of Krealo.
On this occasion Krealo, the Corporate Venture Capital of Credicorp Group, has bet on the fintech Plurall, a company that started operations in Colombia in 2022 and offers an ecosystem of digital products and financial solutions that support business development, promoting the financial inclusion of entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs in different areas.
Garrigues’ team comprised partner Andres Ordoñez-Rizo, senior associate Guillermo Gómez, and associate Juliana Bernal.
