Cuatrecasas counsels GAM on 60% of OZMAQ acquisition
Cuatrecasas, through its Mexico City office, has advised GAM ALQUILER MEXICO (GAM) on the acquisition of 60% of the share capital of Mexican machinery rental and sales firm OZMAQ, with an option to purchase the remaining 40%.
As a result, the strategic partnership between GAM and OZMAQ will strengthen its position in the Mexican industrial sector, allowing the multinational machinery solutions company to consolidate its position in the market. With this acquisition, GAM extends its presence in the Mexican Bajío region.
