TCA advises on new issue of CIGRA Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Compañía de Insumos y Granos (CIGRA), and the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Series I Class II Guaranteed SME CNV Negotiable Obligations for a par value of US $6,000,000.
The issue was made on 25 September, at a cut-off price of 114.36% of the nominal value and an interest rate of 0.00%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 26 September 2025.
Banco Supervielle, Macro Securities and Banco Comafi acted as arrangers and underwriters. The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle and Banco Macro as Guarantee Entities authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
Compañía de Insumos y Granos is a company of Argentine origin, whose main activity is the wholesale on commission or consignment of cereals.
