Cuatrecasas counsels on debt refinancing of Biossmann Group

Cuatrecasas, through its team in Mexico City, has counselled a syndicate of banks, led by BBVA Mexico, on the refinancing of Biossmann Group’s bank debt for an approximate value of US$40 million (MXN 770,400,000).

The syndicate of banks also included Grupo Financiero BBVA Mexico, Banco Santander Mexico, Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico and BanCoppel.

Thanks to this transaction, BBVA Mexico continues to consolidate its position in the Mexican financial market as a coordinating, structuring and agent bank.
