Cuatrecasas counsels on restructuring of $120m Andean Telecom credit facility

Cuatrecasas, through a multi-jurisdictional team, has counselled The Bank of Nova Scotia, Deutsche Bank AG, JP Morgan Chase Bank and Goldman Sachs Bank USA on the amendment of a revolving credit facility of up to US$120 million granted to Grupo Andean Telecom Partners.

The facility will be used to expand the group’s operations in Latin America.
