Cuatrecasas helps AON in its acquisition of ERN

Cuatrecasas has provided legal advice to the multinational company AON, a risk management services provider, on the acquisition of Evaluación de Riesgos Naturales y Antropogénicos (ERN).

Thanks to this transaction, AON will be able to expand its expertise and capabilities in risk and catastrophe analysis and modelling in Latin America, thus adding a broader service offering to its clients: better valuation of potential secondary losses and broadening the view of risk for business decision making.

ERN is a Mexican entity, with a presence in Latin America, dedicated to structural risk analysis and modelling.
