Skadden advises on consent of Senior Notes of Grupo Albanesi

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has advised Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca (entities related to Grupo Albanesi), as issuers, on the fifth consent solicitation of the 15.000% Series II Senior Secured Notes due 2023.
