Cuatrecasas on Koppernaes Protein credit modification
Cuatrecasas, through its Santiago de Chile office, has advised the Koppernaes Protein Group on the amendment of a loan with DNB Bank and the corresponding guarantees under Chilean law granted by its subsidiaries Lota Vedde Dos and Lota Protein, in the context of an international financing operation, subject to Norwegian law, for a value of USD 210 million.
