TCA acts in first issue of Agronasaja Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as legal counsel in Agronasaja’s issuance of the CNV Guaranteed SME Notes Series I Class II for a par value of US $2,000,000.
The SME Notes were issued on 16 May at a cut-off price of 112.59% of par value and a rate of 1%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 16 May 2026.
In addition, the SME Notes are guaranteed by Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires as a Guarantee Entity authorised by the CNV. Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arranger and underwriter.
Agronasaja is a company dedicated to the production and sale of seeds and fodder and to the commercialisation of agro-inputs. The company currently produces 7,000 hectares of leased land in the best productive areas of the country, processes 10 Tn/hour of seed with the best quality standards in the market and sells more than 24 million dollars’ worth of inputs for primary grain production.
