Mattos Filho and Machado Meyer act on CRA’s issuance
Mattos Filho advised FS Indústria de Biocombustíveis and FS I Indústria de Etanol on the 1st and 2nd series of CRA (Agribusiness Receivables Certificates), of the 243rd issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, in the total amount of BRL 750 million, based on Agribusiness Receivables owed by FS Indústria de Biocombustíveis.
The CRA offering was intermediated by Banco BTG Pactual, as lead underwriter, by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco Itaú BBA and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as underwriters, which was advised by Machado Meyer Advogados.
