Cuatrecasas represents Cintac in $35m restructuring of liabilities

Cuatrecasas, through its team in Santiago de Chile, has represented Cintac in the process of restructuring its liabilities with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (BCI).

The transaction was for a total of US$35 million and will enable Cintac to adjust its medium- and long-term financial obligations.

Cintac is dedicated to the manufacture and commercialisation of construction systems and, through a portfolio of steel products, is present in the construction and infrastructure industry.
