Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher instructed on IRSA´s $360 million notes offering

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by IRSA Propiedades Comerciales which instructed Simpson Thacher. 

IRSA owns and operates 15 shopping centres in Argentina. The company also owns and manages six office buildings in Buenos Aires and other commercial properties across the country. Its shares are listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Market and its American Depositary Shares are listed on NASDAQ.

Partners Maurice Blanco and Kathleen Ferrell led the Davis Polk which included lawyers in the New York and São Paulo offices of the firm. Davis Polk worked with the iniital purchasers of the offering.

IRSA retained Simpson Thacher as international counsel. Partner David Williams led the Simpson Thacher team advising the real estate company.
