Demarest act as deal counsel on Ivi Energia issuance
Demarest Advogados advised, as deal counsel, Ivi Energia and Banco Bradesco BBI, as leading placement agent, on Ivi´s second issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, in the amount of BRL 200 million. The commercial notes were subject to public distribution, as per CVM 160.
The funds raised were allocated to the implementation of distributed energy facilities, generated by solar plants, to be developed by Ivi´s special-purpose entities, aligning values of financial and social-enviromental responsability.
