FLH advise Vitagema on its sale to Granja Faria
FLH has concluded the M&A transaction involving the sale of control of Vitagema to the publicly held company Granja Faria (EGGY3).
Vitagema is an egg production player with a leading position in the northeast region of Brazil, having produced more than 100 million eggs in 2023.
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados advised the sellers and relied on partners Vitor Henriques (pictured left), Gabriela Sella (pictured right), associates Camila Salim, David Hadley and Nikolas Buscher.
