Demarest advise transaction of CBCC

Demarest advised Ercy Soares, Marcus Rogério Tonoli and Laura Cristina Mendes Gonçalves Tonoli (sellers) on the transaction which resulted Companhia Brasileira de Cemitérios e Crematórios (CBCC), a company owned by Grupo Zelo, to have newly issued and other amended options to acquire/subscribe for shares representing the control of Cemitério Park de Hortolândia, and CBCC to manage and operate the assets (including the cemetery) owned by Cemitério Park de Hortolândia irrespective of the exercise of the call options.

The firm relied on partner Joyl Gondim and Carlos Eduardo Orsolon and lawyer Marcela Pinedo and Veronica Betta.
