Demarest advises Driv on the sale to Angstrom
Demarest Advogados advised Driv, a Tenneco group company, on the sale of 100% of the capital of Federal-Mogul Indústria de Autopeças to Angstrom, wich was advised by TozziniFreire Advogados.
The transaction also involved the sale of the Mexican companies Federal-Mogul Juarez S de RL de CV e Federal-Mogul Lighting S de RL de CV and of assets held by American companies Federal-Mogul Ignition LLC. and Federal-Mogul Power Train LLC.
