Demarest advises ISH Tech on its restricted public offering 

Demarest Advogados advised ISH Tech on the restricted offering of 130 thousand non-convertible debentures of the 1st issue of ISH, in the total amount of BRL 130 million.

Ish Tech Solution is a Software development company which makes, transform and test a new level of technologies in website development and mobile application development.

UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as lead manager and placing agent on the offering Banco Itaú BBA acted as placing agent.
