GVBG assists Instaviagem on its sale to BeFly

Befly, a tourism holding company has completed the acquisition of Instaviagem. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Instaviagem is an online travel agency launched in 2017 that offers a 100% online experience for tourists interested in planning their trips in advance.

GVBG – Gentil Monteiro, Vicentini, Beringhs e Gil Advogados advised Instaviagem (and its partners) with partners Fernando Gentil Monteiro (pictured) and lawyer Juliane Lacerda.
