Demarest advises PGS Group on bonds issuance

Demarest advised PGS Group, on matters of Brazilian law, on a Norwegian law governed 13.50% senior secured initial USD 450 million bonds issuance, with tap issue option of USD 50 million, with 4-year tenor.

The collateral currently securing the existing senior debt of PGS group has been extended to secure the debt under the Norwegian bonds on a pari passu basis.
