Two firms act in the acquisition by CantuStore of Gripmaster
Bronstein Zilberberg and Cescon Barrieu advised on the acquisition by ITR Comércio de Pneus e Peças and Cantu; of 100% of quotas of Gripmaster Indústria, Comércio e Soluções em Borracha, LGN Distribuidora de Pneus, and Gripmaster Rubber.
The transaction value was BRL 60.591.577, 85.
