Demarest advised Carl Zeiss Vision Brasil Indústria Óptica, on the acquisition of the remaining 49% of Lentrix’s capital stock

Demarest advised Carl Zeiss Vision Brasil Indústria Óptica, on the acquisition of the remaining 49% of Lentrix’s capital stock, a company specialized on the production of optical lens.

With the conclusion of the transaction, Carl Zeiss became the sole partner of Lentrix, containing 100% of the company’s capital stock. The value was not disclosed.

Demarest relied on leading partner João Luis de Almeida (pictured) and associates João Aranha and Roberta Souza Batalha.
