Demarest and Cescon on acquisition of Agro Jangada by Syngenta
Demarest Advogados advised Syngenta Comercial Agrícola on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Agro Jangada, wich was advised by Cescon Barrieu Advogados.
Agro Jangada’s main activities are the wholesale trade of foliar fertilizers, growth hormones for use in agriculture and cattle-raising, inoculants, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, medications for veterinary use, among others.
