Monteiro Rusu and Lobo de Rizzo on issuance owed by Coplana
Monteiro Rusu Advogados advised Coplana – Cooperativa Agroindustrial and Lobo de Rizzo advised Banco Santander (Brazil) in the 195th issue of CRA – certificates of agribusiness receivables of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio.
The CRAs were distributed with restricted efforts by Banco Santander (Brasil), backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Coplana – Cooperativa Agroindustrial, under the terms of CVM Instruction 476.
