Demarest Advogados advised DaVita Brasil Participações e Serviços de Nefrologia, a Brazilian subsidiary of DaVita, in 2 M&A transactions involving the acquisition of Clínica Uronefro and Centro de Tratamento de Doenças do Rim, dialysis companies operating in the state of Pará, which partners were advised on the sell-side by Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados – FLH.
