Demarest assists Sanavita in its sale to Farmax
Demarest Advogados assisted the founding family of Sanavita Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos Funcionais in the sale of the totality of Sanavita’s capital stock to Farmax, invested company of Vinci Partners.
Sanavita, a family-owned company from the city of Piracicaba with more than 40 years of existence, is one of the main players in the food supplement market in the categories of collagen and oral hyaluronic acid.
