Demarest expands its infrastructure practice group
Demarest Advogados announces that André Luiz Freire has joined the firm as partner.
Freire has a master’s and doctor’s degree in Administrative Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC, and L.LM. from the University of Virginia, in the United States, and a post-doctoral degree from the University of Coimbra, in Portugal.
Additionally, he has 15 years’ experience advising companies in the infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Demarest, Freire was a senior associate at Machado Meyer.
