Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Grupo Wiese on investing approximately $1 million in Civitano, a food franchise operator in Peru.

Grupo Wiese is an investment group in Peru with a diversified portfolio including real estate, transport and finance. Civitano operates franchise restaurants in Peru and Chile.

The investment is attached to an ambitious business and expansion plan for Civitano.
