Dentons counsels FMO on $50m credit to Banco Mundo Mujer
Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas has counselled FMO, the business development bank of the Netherlands, in the granting of the first loan made by this corporation to a financial institution in Colombia.
The loan consisted of a line of credit for up to US$50 million granted by FMO to Banco Mundo Mujer. The amount disbursed will be used by the borrower to finance productive projects for micro and small enterprises led mainly by women and mothers who are heads of household.
