Dentons hires energy lawyers from Norton Rose in Colombia

Polycentric legal giant Dentons announced that partners Jorge Neher, Hernán Rodríguez and Santiago González have joined its Colombian member firm. 

The partners, together with 2 associates, arrived from the Bogotá office of Norton Rose Fulbright. The team is set to strengthen the mining, energy and oil & gas practice group at Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas. The lawyers are also experienced in M&A, financings, restructuring, investment disputes and regulatory matters related to mining and oil & gas matters in Colombia and have expertise in projects in Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina and other countries of Latin America.
