Dentons Muñoz expands banking and finance practice in Panama

Dentons announced that Ana Lucrecia Tovar de Zarak has joined the firm as a partner in Panama 

Tovar is tasked with leading the banking and finance practice group in Panama. She has experience in capital markets, loans and energy finance.

Earlier in her legal career, Tovar was general counsel and compliance officer at Citibank in Panama and immediately prior to joining Dentons, she practiced law at Fabrega, Molino & Mulino for 12 years.

With her addition, the Panama office of Dentons is home to four partners.

Global law firm Dentons arrived in Central America and Panama at the tail end of 2016, partnering with a spin-off group of legacy law firm Arias & Muñoz (now Arias).
