Dentons represents Applus+ in acquisition of K2

Dentons, through a multinational team, has represented the Energy & Industry division of the Spanish company Applus+, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Colombian company K2 Ingeniería, a consulting, monitoring and technology company with presence in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Guatemala.

Thanks to this transaction, Applus+ will increase its share in the Latin American market and strengthen its leading position in the field of environmental management.

K2 has been recognised both locally and regionally as a consulting company with a high component of innovation and sustainability, as well as for the constant investments in (R&D) that it has made and developed over the last few years, which has represented revenues of 13 million euros for the last year.
