ZBV and PAGBAM advise on issuance of FYO Notes

Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados has advised Futuros y Opciones.com (FYO) in the issuance and placement of Series II Negotiable Obligations, for a total nominal amount of US$15,000,000. Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen advised the underwriters.

The issue, finalised on 25 July, was made under its Global Programme for the issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (non-convertible into shares) for a nominal value of up to $50,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) and will mature on 25 July 2025, at a fixed rate of 0.0% nominal per annum and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value.

BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Rosental, Industrial Valores, Facimex Valores and AWM Valores acted as underwriters.

The offering was directed to qualified investors in the local market and the Series II Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
