Dentons represents Eurofins Scientific in acquisition of Quasfar
Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas has represented Eurofins Scientific, a company in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, in the acquisition of Quasfar, a Colombian laboratory based in Bogotá.
With this transaction, Eurofins consolidates its entry into the Colombian pharmaceutical market and reinforces its expansion process in Latin America. Eurofins currently has more than 10 laboratories in five countries on the continent. With the acquisition of Quasfar, Eurofins expects to expand its presence in the region and strengthen its operations in Latin America.
Eurofins is an international player in the food, environmental, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, product testing and advanced materials science and research sectors.
