Echecopar advises Coöperatieve Rabobank in loan granted to Agrícola Alaya
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has advised Coöperatieve Rabobank in connection with a long-term loan granted to Agrícola Alaya, advised by PPU.
The use of the funds involved the financing of part of Agrícola Alaya’s CAPEX 2023 Plan.
The loan involved a full security package, which was comprised of land mortgages and a trust contract governed by Peruvian law securing the loan.
PPU’s team comprised partner Rafael Boisset and associates Alessandro Mussio and Steven Hu.
