Dias Carneiro Advogados has advised Softplan, on the acquisition of the totality of the equity interest held by the shareholders of Justto Inovações Tecnológicas para Resolução de Conflitos, a Brazilian legaltech company working on a digital platform for legal mediation and agreements.
