Azevedo Sette Advogados announces new partners

Azevedo Sette Advogados has announced as new partners Natasha Midori Hinata (pictured left), who practices in the Corporate, M&A and Infrastructure areas, and Lucas Mandelbaum Bianchini (pictured right), who practices in the International Trade, Compliance and Competition areas.

At the firm since 2011, when she joined as a trainee, Natasha has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate and Administrative Law, due diligence, negotiation of commercial contracts and M&A transactions and in Infrastructure projects, PPPs and financing, among others.

She graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School and has a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law from INSPER/ SP.

In the firm since 2018, Lucas has over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients on strategic demands in Economic Law, Antitrust & Competition, International Trade, Compliance & Investigations, the new partner has a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and Masters in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP).
