Gómez-Pinzón represents CrossRegional in first tokenised financing in Colombia
Gómez-Pinzón has represented CrossRegional Management-Clave Créditos in a USDC (US dollar-linked stablecoin) denominated financing granted by Credix Finance Series Fund I to an Atonomous Estate established by an Affiliate of Clave Créditos.
To carry out the transaction, the USDCs were converted into USD for the purchase by Credix of a Note issued by the Atonomous Estate, the source of payment for which is solely the proceeds from the collection and disposal of a portfolio of financial assets acquired by the issuer.
This deal marks the first tokenised financing in Colombia, making a commitment to financial inclusion through the blockchain.
