Different firms act on the transaction involving a joint venture between LV Amazonas (MGM Resorts International) and Organizações Globo to operate fixed-odd betting activities in Brazil.

Transaction consists of the first announced transaction in the iGaming industry in Brazil involving a large media group.

Pinheiro Guimarães advised Organizações Globo Participações and relied on partners Plinio Pinheiro Guimaraes (pictured left), René Mostardeiro Brunet (pictured center)and sênior associate Nicholas Souza.
