Dominican Republic law firm OMG names 6th partner

Santo Domingo-headquartered law firm OMG has promoted Manuel Troncoso to the partnership. 

Troncoso leads the firm’s finance department and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project finance, capital markets and securities law planning.

He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo in 2003 and received a Master´s Degree in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation from the same university in 2006. Troncoso also holds an LL.M. in Business, Corporate and Maritime Law from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in the Netherlands (2008).

OMG was founded in 2001 and has three offices in the Dominican Republic.
