Venezuelan law firm Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque (HPCD) announced the promotion of Marcia Nigro-Sepe and Nathalie Rodriguez-Paris to the partnership.

Marcia Nigro-Sepe is a commercial law specialist with over 20 years of experience while Nathalie Rodriguez-Paris focuses on tax and for over 15 years have advised on tax consulting and planning, among other matters.
