Duarte Garcia advises on Zagros FII offering
Duarte Garcia, Serra Netto e Terra acted as deal counsel on the eleventh issuance and public distribution offering of quotas of the Zagros Multiestratégia Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada, a real estate investment fund administered by QI Tech Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and managed by Zagros Capital Gestão de Recursos, the firm’s client in the transaction.
The firm handled the matter from document drafting through to the registration procedures with regulators. The offering initially targeted 10,729,614 quotas of the fund, identified by the ticker ZAGH11, for a base amount of BRL100,000,002.48, excluding the Distribution Unit Cost. Demand for the quotas surpassed the original target, and following the issuance of an additional lot and the opening of a third subscription period, the offering closed with 14,566,662 quotas issued, corresponding to BRL135,761,289.84, excluding the Distribution Unit Cost.
