Antonio Carlos, with his 20 years of expertise, has a solid track record in preventing and resolving disputes in inheritance, commercial and corporate law. He graduated from the Law School of Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo, has a lato sensu LL.M – Master of Laws – in Tax Law and Corporate Law from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (formerly IBMEC/SP) and specializes in Compliance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation Law School (GVLaw).

Bruna also has 14 years’ experience in dispute prevention and resolution, with extensive experience in Family and Succession Law. She graduated from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School, specializes in Civil Procedural Law at FGV and has completed an extension course in Corporate Compliance and Corporate Risk Management at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation – FGV.

Both are enthusiastic about the challenge ahead and confident of replicating the same success they have achieved over the years within the litigation team. This transition represents a significant milestone in the firm’s journey, solidifying its commitment to providing specialized and excellent services to its clients.
In order to avoid disruptions and losses in client service, during the transition period Antonio Carlos and Bruna will remain in charge of the litigation cases currently under their responsibility.
