Echecopar advises Hábitat Andina on EFIC acquisition
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has advised Hábitat Andina, parent company of AFP Hábitat in Peru and Colfondos in Colombia, as well as Hábitat America, on the acquisition of EFIC Capital Asset Management Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, a mutual fund management company in Peru.
The transfer was approved by the Peruvian Superintendency of the Securities Market (Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores) in February 2023.
