Echecopar advises on $100m financing to Pesquera Hayduk
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has advised DNB Bank, Coöperatieve Rabobank and Banco de Crédito del Perú, as lenders, and DNB Bank, as administrative agent and collateral agent, in connection with a US$ 100’000,000.00 financing granted to Pesquera Hayduk.
The secured credit facility will be used for the prepayment of existing debt and other corporate uses.
In addition, the credit facility is secured by a security trust over a number of Pesquera Hayduk’s fishing vessels, including their fishing quotas.
