Echecopar advises on inaugural Inverfal debt securities programme

Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has advised Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its role as arranger, and Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa, as placement agent, in the structuring and registration in the Public Registry of the Peruvian Securities Market of the First Debt Securities Programme of Inverfal, for a value of up to S/1,000 million.

The programme will allow Inverfal to issue corporate bonds and/or short-term debt instruments under the programme.
