Echecopar counsels on new certificates of deposit issuance of Falabella
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has counselled Scotiabank Perú, as structurer, and Scotia Sociedad Agente de Bolsa, as placement agent, in the public offering of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit under Series L of the Second Issue of Certificates of Deposit of Banco Falabella.
The issuance was made for an amount of S/50 MM of the Sixth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program for a maximum amount of up to S/350MM.
The proceeds will be used to finance the issuer’s banking activities.
