ECIJA Nicaragua integrates Benard & Associates
The Nicaraguan office of ECIJA has incorporated Roberto Benard (pictured), managing partner of Benard & Associates, as a partner, together with a team of eight professionals.
Benard & Associates, founded 12 years ago by Roberto Carlos Benard Díaz, integrates professionals with national and international experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property, Immigration Law, Labour Law, Civil Litigation, Portfolio Management and Recovery, and Banking and Finance Law, among others.
Roberto holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Católica Redementoris Mater, a Master in Business Law from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra and more than twenty years in the legal field, mainly in Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property, Banking and Civil Litigation.
ECIJA’s Nicaragua office is led by María Antonieta Fiallos, Managing Partner in Nicaragua and COO of ECIJA in Latin America. Since joining ECIJA, María Antonieta has carried out a growth strategy that has been consolidated with the incorporation of nine new professionals to the firm that will allow the firm to expand and complement its services in the country.
With this latest move, ECIJA not only adds 200 partners and more than 1200 professionals to its global structure, but also expands its range of services and strengthens its practice in Nicaragua.
