Estudio Muñiz acts in acquisition of Aguaytia and Termoselva by De Jong Capital

Estudio Muñiz has acted as legal advisor to De Jong Capital in the acquisition of Aguaytia Energy del Perú, a company dedicated to the production and commercialisation of electricity, dry natural gas, LPG and natural gasoline; and Termoselva, a company that generates and distributes electricity.

Estudio Muñiz’s team consisted of senior partner Mauricio A. Olaya Nohra (pictured left), partner Alfredo Lau-Tam (pictured right), and lawyers Giovanni Huamaní Suárez and Alejandro Muñiz.
