Estudio Muñiz on restructuring of Acres funds

Estudio Muñiz assisted Acres Sociedad Titulizadora, Acres Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión and Acres Sociedad Agente de Bolsa, companies of the ACRES FINANCE group, in the restructuring and redesign of private funds up to USD $200 million.

The transaction included the establishment of a fund of funds that invests in private securitised debt and real estate project funds.

Estudio Muñiz’s team consisted of partners Jorge Muñiz (pictured left), Jorge Otoya (pictured centre) and Alfredo Lau-Tam (pictured right), and lawyer Giovanni Huamaní Suárez.
