FBPH counsels Pampa Energía in acquisition of OCP Ecuador
Flor Bustamante Pizarro & Hurtado has counselled the Argentine company Pampa Energía in the authorization granted by the Superintendencia de Competencia Económica of Ecuador for the indirect acquisition of 36% of the capital stock and voting rights of Oleoducto de Crudos Pesados (OCP Ecuador).
With this transaction, Pampa becomes the sole owner of OCP Ecuador.
OCP Ecuador operates the country’s main private oil pipeline, with an extension of 485 km, which connects the oil fields of the Amazon basin with the Esmeraldas maritime terminal (Pacific Ocean).
